Booking requests
When you request a table, we collect your first and last name, phone number, the date, time and party size and, if you provide them, your email address and message.
Purpose : handling and confirming your booking and contacting you about it (text message, call, email).
Legal basis : pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention : personal details are automatically anonymised 12 months after the booking date.
The text messages and emails we send relate strictly to your booking. We never send marketing messages without your prior consent.
Recipients and processors
Only the restaurant team can access your data. Processors: OVHcloud (hosting and text messages, France), [email provider to be specified]. No data is sold or transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
The public website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only in the staff administration area. Any analytics are anonymous and cookie-free; you can turn them off via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. The interactive map (OpenStreetMap) only loads after you click.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise it, contact us on 04 90 01 72 05. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
